付款確認後,本店會按照規則發貨並完成訂單,客戶請注意規則各項細節,客戶必須遵守規則,本店不會處理任何不按照規則所發出的不合理要求,如客戶對本店規則有任何異議,避免問題發生,請不要購買。多謝合作。

向本店發出訂單後,請按照指示於指定時間內透過本店用戶中心系統以信用卡付款

完成付款後,訂單不能退款、退貨、轉換其他貨品及款式。
訂單付款後不能作任何修改等。
本店有權就營運情況更改及取消所有優惠及額外待遇,而不會事先通知。
完成付款及或發貨後,如發貨地址或聯絡方式有任何變更,請直接聯絡速遞公司。
派遞員在客人簽收貨件時可能會核對收件人姓名,收貨人姓名必需要與身份證明文件一致。

訂單狀況可到用戶中心自行查詢訂單狀況。
信用卡付款人及收貨人姓名必需一致。

付款後,如現貨產品缺貨,會向供應商補貨,期間客戶不能要求退款或更改其他產品,如供應商確定產品停產,款項會獲退回。
如需要急件,請預早下單,本店不會特別處理急件,所有貨件會依本店的規則發貨。
節日及繁忙日子,貨件發貨會有一定的延誤,請耐心等待。本店不會因任何節日、生日等情況特別處理個別訂單。
所有資料如訂單狀況、貨件追蹤、我們自動發出的信息,或可以在用戶中心內查看得到。
訂單提交前,請清楚核對收貨地址、收件人姓名及電話等資料,提供錯誤資料導致任何損失,本店不會負責,因提供錯誤資料導致速遞公司退件,所產生的退件費用由客戶承擔,本店會在客戶支付再發貨的費用及更正資料後,再次寄出,如長時間未能聯絡或更正資料,本店只會保留退回的貨件14日,客戶在期間內仍然未就退件及資料更新事宜聯絡本店,將視作自動放棄訂單,所有款項恕不退回,相關訂單亦不會再次發貨。 
如提交訂單時提供錯誤送貨資料、沒有填寫地址、沒有可供順利送貨的的相關資料等等,本店會在到貨時通知客戶盡快提供正確的送貨資料,通知後14日內如仍未有任何回覆,將視作自動放棄訂單,已付的款項亦不會退還。
貨件會在正常及良好的情況下發出,請在簽收貨件前檢查是否有任何損壞或不齊全,如發現任何問題請拒收貨件,並即時退回。
所有簽收了的貨件不會有任何退款及換貨。
貨件有任何缺漏,請必須拒收,如簽收了,代表滿意收貨。
送貨時收件人不在導致貨品無法送抵,請直接聯絡速遞公司安排時間再次送貨。
拒收的貨件必須合理拒收,如無故拒收即代表放棄貨品,本店不會再次發貨及退款。
合理拒收的貨件,本店回收後,會退款,如有需要該批貨品,請重新下單。
合理拒收的貨件均必須要支付運費,運費由買家負責,本店會扣除運費後退回貨款。
運送途中導致貨品有任何遺失、損壞,本店不會負責或賠償任何損失。必須明白這項風險,應向速遞公司追究責任。 
本店所銷售的產品其實物、品質、用料、實用性、功能性、效用及用途等均以日本廠商資料及實物為準,本店不會就有關上述的問題作出任何保證及擔保,客戶如對產品有任何疑問請客戶聯絡日本廠商。請不要因上述的問題以作任何退貨退款的原因。
本店所銷售的商品均由日本直接購入或從日本代購商提供,中間並沒有代理,因此所有商品均不設退換。
本店不會保證所訂購的商品定必有貨,如遇日本供應商公布供應不足、缺貨、延期、停產等,本店會按照日本供應商提供的消息安排缺貨商品退款或進一步跟進,如發生相關情況,本店會個別通知及安排。
貨件送抵時間,可直接向速遞公司查詢。本店不會保證速遞公司的送貨時間。如速遞公司送貨時間有所延誤或變更,請向速遞公司追究。
如有特定的收件時間請自行向速遞公司查詢更改。 
所有訂購的產品發送時間需時約14個工作天或以上,如不能接受長時間等待,請不要繼續付款購買。 
產品的確實推出及到貨日期會由日本廠商向本店提供,有關之推出時間或會有別於日本當地,在有確實日期時本店會按照實際情況公佈推出時間。在任何情況下,如因供應商或運輸導致延誤,本店概不負責,客戶不能因貨品到貨之延誤而要求任何退款、退貨、轉換其他貨品及款式。
訂單內的貨品(如有)如遇供應商缺貨、停產或已絕版等情況,相關訂購貨品的款項將會退回,其餘可供應的貨品(如有)將會繼續發貨。
付款訂購商品後(即下訂單及付款後),本店隨即會向日本官方付款訂購訂單內所有商品,如客戶要求在日本官方尚未推出、延期、缺貨補貨、生產中、發貨前、於推出日期之前、因自身未能理解及滿意本店條款與細則或因自身任何理由取消訂單及退款,將視作棄單,所有款項均不會退回,已取消的訂單,不得更改。 
已訂購之商品全部由日本廠商運送到英國,運送時間有長有短,本店不會保證運送之準確時間,訂購付款前請確定本身能有極長時間等待到貨及發貨的準備,如不能接受長時間等待到貨及發貨,請不要繼續付款購買。 
訂購商品需時及因應日本推出時間,避免任何不必要問題發生,如客人本身對所購買的商品不熟識或是本身不能夠接受極長時間等待訂購之商品到貨,請不要繼續付款購買。 
訂單付款後即代表同意上述一切條款。

本店所收集之個人資料 (包括:電話號碼、聯絡人姓名、地址) 只會用於本店網店訂購產品之用,基於私隱保護及網絡安全,本店不會將訂單資料傳送到本店其他平台(包括Facebook,ig,whatsapp,等等),上述之平台絕對不會有網上店訂單的資料,且絕不會向任何第三者(除快遞公司所需資料)透露任何與訂單相關之信息,本店亦不設語音電話查詢,因此請登入使用網店訂單訊息欄,查詢訂單狀況。

本店對於網絡詐騙行為零容忍,任何懷疑詐騙行為,本店必定會向英國執法機構報告備案。必要時會公開懷疑詐騙行為的相關資料於任何公開平台。

Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Upon payment confirmation, our store will process the order and ship according to the stated regulations. Customers are advised to carefully review all details of the terms. Customers must comply with these rules. Any unreasonable requests that do not adhere to our store's policies will not be processed. If a customer disagrees with our store's terms, Inquire before payment if needed. Thank you for your cooperation.

Payment and Order Processing

  • After placing an order, please make payment via credit card through our store's user center system within the specified time.

  • Once payment is completed, orders cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged, or modified in any way.

  • Our store reserves the right to change or cancel any discounts or additional benefits without prior notice, depending on operational circumstances.

  • Once payment is completed and/or the order is shipped, any changes to the shipping address or contact details must be handled directly with the courier company.

  • When the delivery person obtains the recipient's signature upon delivery, they may verify the recipient's name. The recipient's name must match the name on their identification document.
  • The name of the credit card payer and the recipient must be the same.
  • Order status can be checked through the user center.

  • If a product is out of stock after payment, we will restock from our supplier. During this period, customers cannot request a refund or change products. If the supplier confirms the product is discontinued, a refund will be issued.

  • If you require urgent delivery, please place your order in advance. Our store does not offer expedited processing. All shipments will follow our standard dispatch schedule.

  • During holidays and peak seasons, shipping delays may occur. Please be patient. We do not offer special processing for individual orders due to holidays, birthdays, etc.

Shipping and Delivery

  • All order details, including tracking information and notifications, will be available in the user center.

  • Before submitting an order, ensure the shipping address, recipient name, and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect information. If incorrect details lead to the courier returning the package, the return fee will be borne by the customer. We will resend the package only after the correction of details and additional shipping fees are paid. If we are unable to contact the customer for an extended period or if corrections are not made, we will hold the returned package for 14 days. Failure to respond within this period will be considered an automatic order abandonment, and no refunds will be issued.

  • If incorrect shipping details are provided at the time of order (e.g., incomplete address, missing essential delivery information), we will notify the customer to provide the correct details upon the package's arrival. If there is no response within 14 days, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

  • All shipments will be sent in proper condition. Before signing for the package, check for any damage or missing items. If any issues are found, refuse the package and return it immediately.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for signed-for packages.

  • If a package has missing items, you must refuse the delivery. Accepting the package signifies satisfaction with the order.

  • If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, please contact the courier company to arrange a redelivery.

  • Refused packages must be reasonably justified. Unjustified refusals will be considered abandoned, and no reshipment or refund will be provided.

  • For justified refusals, a refund will be issued upon package return. If you still require the item, please place a new order.

  • Reasonably refused packages will incur shipping fees, which must be covered by the buyer. Refunds will be processed after deducting the shipping cost.

  • Our store is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipping. Customers must understand this risk and should seek recourse from the courier company.

Product Availability and Refund Policy

  • All product specifications, materials, usability, functionality, and effectiveness are based on information provided by Japanese manufacturers and the actual product. Our store does not offer any guarantees or warranties regarding these aspects. Customers with concerns about a product should contact the manufacturer directly. Refunds or returns will not be accepted for these reasons.

  • All products sold by our store are either directly purchased from Japan or sourced through Japanese purchasing agents. There are no intermediaries, and therefore, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

  • Our store does not guarantee product availability. If Japanese suppliers announce shortages, stockouts, delays, or discontinuations, refunds or follow-up arrangements will be made based on the supplier’s updates. Customers will be notified individually in such cases.

  • Delivery times should be checked directly with the courier company. Our store does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for any delays or changes made by the courier company.

  • If you require delivery at a specific time, please contact the courier service to arrange it directly.

  • The estimated shipping time for ordered products is approximately 14 business days or more. If you cannot accept extended wait times, please do not proceed with the purchase.

  • The actual release and arrival dates of products are provided by Japanese manufacturers and may differ from local Japanese timelines. Once a confirmed date is available, we will update customers accordingly. Our store is not responsible for any delays caused by suppliers or logistics. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted due to shipping delays.

  • If an item in an order is out of stock, discontinued, or no longer available, a refund will be issued for the affected product, while the rest of the order will proceed as planned.

  • Once payment is made, we immediately place orders with Japanese suppliers. If a customer requests to cancel or refund an order due to reasons such as delayed release, stockouts, ongoing production, or dissatisfaction with the store's terms, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be provided. Canceled orders cannot be modified.

  • All purchased items are shipped from Japan to the UK. Shipping times vary, and our store does not guarantee exact delivery dates. Before making a purchase, ensure you are prepared for potential extended wait times. If you cannot accept this, Inquire before payment if needed.

  • To avoid unnecessary issues, if a customer is unfamiliar with the product or cannot accept long waiting periods, Inquire before payment if needed.

  • Completing payment signifies agreement with all the above terms.

  • Personal information collected (including phone numbers, contact names, and addresses) is used solely for processing online store orders. For privacy and security reasons, order information will not be shared on other store platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.). These platforms will not have access to online store order details, and order-related information will not be disclosed to third parties (except for courier service requirements).

  • Our store does not provide voice call order inquiries. Please use the online store’s messaging system to check order status.

Fraud Prevention

  • We have zero tolerance for online fraud. Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to UK law enforcement. If necessary, related information will be disclosed on public platforms.

  • Note: If any messages sent to our store contain inappropriate, harassing, threatening, violent, insulting, unreasonable, or illegal content, we reserve the right to retain and disclose all relevant information for further action.

  • Note: Any unauthorized reproduction, screenshotting, downloading, public sharing, or malicious cyberattacks against our online store content without consent will be retained and may be publicly disclosed for further action.

Policy Amendments

  • Our store reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • No verbal, message-based, or written commitments beyond these terms will be recognized.

  • If any discrepancies exist between the written terms and actual circumstances, these terms and our store’s operational needs shall prevail.
